You'll bring creativity and vision, excelling both independently and collaboratively as well as taking responsibility for projects and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree with a focus on marketing or communications.
  • Experience creating different types of visual materials while ensuring complex messages reach diverse audiences.
  • Ability to develop various content formats, including written, video, and graphic, to convey clear ideas while maintaining the brand tone.
  • Strong proofreading and writing abilities, with attention to grammar and detail.
  • Capable of handling several projects while maintaining strong organisational skills.
  • Developing, planning, and publishing engaging material across social platforms, staying informed about trends.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Canva and Adobe Suite would be advantageous.
  • SEO experience would be an advantage
  • Creating compelling internal content across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, writing, and scheduling content across blogs, social media, and newsletters, while collaborating with Specialists to produce visually engaging materials.
  • Leading the development of case studies, industry insights, and Whitepapers.
  • Organising and managing the communications plan, identifying content needs in collaboration with the Marketing team.
  • Overseeing the visual language and branding for campaigns, ensuring consistency across all channels by working closely with the marketing team.
  • Researching industry-relevant topics to uncover fresh and engaging content opportunities.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to communicate key messages effectively.
  • Working with HR to enhance brand engagement, from recruitment content to planning internal events.
  • Supporting wider team projects and contributing to specialist initiatives when required.
  • Regularly maintaining and updating the website.
  • Crafting impactful press releases by working with key stakeholders to strengthen brand positioning and campaign outcomes.
